Every Thursday evening during the month of April Stonepath hosts its highly popular container gardening seminars. The seminars are free of charge and offer the guests the opportunity to attend a short information session that will include how-to information, varietal knowledge and a “what’s new” segment to introduce you to new and exciting plant choices this season. Afterwards, it’s time to get down to work and do some planting. You can bring your own containers or purchase them at the greenhouse but the main attraction is to be able to plant them up by choosing from the hundreds of healthy plant choices and have any questions answered while you do so. We will grow your containers in the greenhouse and they will be ready for you to pick up in May. You will pay only for what you use – the professional potting soil, plants and a container if you decide to buy it from us. (PLEASE – do not bring plants or soils with you as we are very careful about introduction of any insect or diseases from outside sources!) Call ahead to reserve a spot as space is limited for each session.
You can also order your baskets and planters to be custom planted to your specifications as to colors, hardiness, sun, shade etc. We will plant them as ordered and you can pick them up in May. Then, after the growing season simply empty them out and bring the containers back for replanting the next year!
